How do we get there?
We practice bubbling, dipping our ears and dipping our heads through our warm-up game. We practice sliding and floating with the help of various buoyancy aids such as dog bones and plates, which we then gradually remove when the child becomes safer in the water.
We will also go again if the leg kicks are to look on the edge and then apply it in the water.
In the last minutes of each lesson, we run a little game that can be litter or treasure hunt where the children pick up objects from the bottom.

How do we get there?
Here we continue to practice floating on both stomach and back and to rotate from stomach to back.
Through exercises such as Sune swimming and Håkan-Bråkan swimming, the children train to get to the armpits in crawl and backstroke.
We also practice how the children should breathe in crawl by running the superman and the arrow where the children should take an arm pull when they need to breathe.
They get a lot of training to get straight nice leg kicks by swimming in the arrow on both stomach and back.

How do we get there?
We continue to practice breathing in crawl and practice swimming longer. With exercises such as crawling with a plate, the superman where we breathe to the side and the arrow with a leg kick when we do an arm pull when we need breathing. Practice backstroke technique with nice arms that rotate and train our leg kicks so they become straight nice legs. Here we also start with breaststroke, by putting the children on the edge we go through the breastbones. Then we train leg strands with a plate before we eventually put on the armrests. The pool here has a depth of 100 cm.

How do we get there?
In this group we practice the ABC of swimming, that is, breathe, dive, glide, jump, balance, move, rotate and float.
To train these things, we will use moving aids such as dog bones and plates to then remove aids when the children become safer in the water.
We will practice leg kicks on the edge and then apply it in the arrow to then apply crawl / backstroke armrests. We train the armpits by doing sune sim and håkan-bråkan sim. The pool here has a depth of 100cm.

How do we achieve that?
In this course we start with a depth of 100 cm and then lower by 10 cm every other week. When the course is finished, the depth is 150 cm. The technique is practiced in all three modes of swimming so that the children can swim longer but still maintain good technique. Here we start to develop breaststroke and teach the technique for competitive breaststroke by doing sun swimming with breaststroke and breathing while the children are still bottoming.
