Bookings

All bookings are binding. When you book a course with us, a confirmation is always sent and if you choose to pay via invoice, this will also be sent at the time of booking to the specified email address on the member account.

We offer several payment methods:

• Direct payment by card or internet bank via Payex in connection with the booking.
• E-mail invoice which means that the invoice is sent by email and is also available on the member account under the tab "My Invoices".
• On paper invoice and then SEK 50 in invoice fee will be added.

Membership fee

Mandatory annual membership fee of SEK 0 in Babysim, Minisim, Simskola and adult courses
Mandatory annual membership fee of SEK 250 in the following activities: Medley, Simiaden, Competition, Youth and Championship groups.
For families with more active people, you can pay a family membership fee of SEK 450, which then applies to all family members.

Course fee

In case of late registration for courses, no deduction is made on the fee. If you pay with an invoice, it must be paid within 14 days, the invoice is due on the 15th day after the booking. If the course fee is not paid on time, a reminder invoice will be sent and then a SEK 50 reminder fee will be added.

Cancellations

All cancellations or requests for changes must be made via e-mail to kansli@ss04.se and are valid only when you have received a confirmation email on this. No cancellations are communicated through the swimming teachers / trainers on the edge.

Cancellation regarding courses in Baby Swimming, Minisim, Swimming School, Adult Courses and Crawl Courses

• Places that are canceled later than 14 days before the start of the course until before the second offered course opportunity will be charged SEK 250.

• If canceled after the second course offered, no course fee will be refunded.

The above applies regardless of participation in lessons.

In case of cancellation due to illness / injury where a medical certificate can be presented, the part of the course fee that corresponds to the missed occasions minus SEK 250 in administration costs will be refunded. We do not make refunds less than SEK 300.

Cancellation regarding association activities, semester-based activities with a training fee.

• The mandatory membership fee is non-refundable.

• Places that are canceled later than 14 days before the start of the semester until the third offered training opportunity will be charged SEK 250.

• If canceled after the third offered training opportunity, no training fee will be refunded.

Please note that the business is term-based and therefore does not include a fixed number of opportunities. The semester consists of trainings and also certain events such as. The brand hunt. The tuition fee is kept down thanks to and is based on a large non-profit commitment and interest from our members

Cancellation of private lessons
Happens to kansli@ss04.se.
Rebooking a lesson earlier than 48 hours before the start of the lesson is free of charge.
Cancellation of a lesson earlier than 48 hours before the start of the lesson will be charged a fee of SEK 75.
Cancellation of a lesson later than 48 hours before the start of the lesson will not be refunded.

Changed times / Canceled lessons

We may be forced to cancel a course before the start of the course if the number of participants is less than 4. You are then entitled to a full refund of the participation fee.

Unfortunately, we can not compensate or offer refunds if there are delays or canceled lessons due to circumstances that SS04 can not control, e.g. power outages or similar technical malfunctions or malfunctions at the indoor swimming pool facility, nor in situations of the nature of Force majeure.

At camps / competitions in another place

• Registration is binding.

• In the event of illness, part of the fee is paid back on presentation of a medical certificate. The part that is refunded is what SS04 can cancel without incurring a cost.

• Unsubscribe must be made immediately when the person becomes ill.

Rules at competitions

Absence / scratch-off
If you become ill and cannot participate in a competition, you must notify the responsible coach as soon as possible. This always applies when you cannot participate in a competition, regardless of the reason. Telephone number of the responsible coach is stated in the competition PM. When you miss a competition without a valid reason, the swimmer has to pay his own entry fees.

Tom bana
If the swimmers do not contact the coaches with ironing, the course will be empty. Several organizers charge a penalty fee of SEK 300 for "empty track". On these occasions, the swimmers are charged afterwards.

Processing of personal data according to GDPR
To facilitate administration, we process IT information about name, address, telephone number, social security number and which business you participate in with us.
We also use the information to return information. If you want to decline further information, write to us.
